A new study has found that junior doctors at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) are among the highest achieving and happiest in the South West.

The survey conducted by the General Medical Council (GMC) found 80% of CFT junior doctors are passing all of their exams against a national pass rate of 50%.  85% stated that they are satisfied and happy with the training given on the job.
