WATER-based exercise classes for mums and mums-to-be are set to launch next month.

Free tasters for WaterBumps will take place from June 4-17 in pools including St Mellion.

WaterBumps lessons are led by Dr Kate Evans, who said: ‘There are massive benefits from WaterBumps to help mums to be best prepared for birth.

‘We help them relax and gently exercise without any stress on the joints.

‘We help them to get to know their body and bump well and get to know fellow mums-to-be a broaden their social network.

‘We can really help by helping to alleviate the typical back pain and pelvic girdle pain associated with pregnancy.’
