Newcomers Dobwalls U-10s had a hard opening game with a visit to St Columb. An early attack resulted in a Dobwalls leading by way of a deflected shot. St Columb replied with two goals to end the first half.

Persistent pressure saw Dobwalls level with a strike from Josh Wilson. With the game nearing time, the home side snatched the deciding goal to deny a very promising Dobwalls performance a share of the points.
