A BOLD and fast-paced comedy set in a freshly independent country is coming to Blisland Village Hall on Sunday, October 25 at 7.30pm.

The No. 1 Holiday Destination promises a smart, silly, and uncomfortably familiar night at the theatre.

A nation decides to solve the problem of mass tourism once and for all by nationalising it.

What starts as an idealistic attempt to protect culture, community, and coastline, quickly snowballs into a spectacular experiment, complete with absurd rules, escalating chaos, and consequences nobody saw coming.

The country has big ideas but absolutely no plan for what comes next. The show is directed by Agnieszka Blonska and created by Jack Brownridge-Kelly and Danny Frost.

The show is also touring in other parts of Cornwall including Newlyn, Lelant, Porthtowan, St Just, Gorran Haven, Redruth, Falmouth and Ruan Minor.
