It’s Christmas Eve eve! Elfie is already mega-excited and what better way to show it than by zipwiring across the kitchen!

For those of you just catching up with this online series of fun pictures, aimed particularly, but not exclusively, at children, we have been focusing on a Christmas toy nicknamed Elfie who has been getting up to all sorts of antics in a Cornish home.

He has escaped out of the letterbox, hung from a light shade, raced down the stairs in a slipper, had fun in a boat in the sink, raided the chocolate supplies, made angel shapes in flour on the kitchen table and gone for a spin in the washing machine.

Despite the merits of many of these achievements, we think that taking the zipwire ride across the kitchen has been his best idea yet!
