TRURO College is celebrating a successful year of further education including A Levels, T levels, BTECs and other vocational qualifications.
Carl Riding’s first results day since taking the position of principal in March was framed by a great set of results, with 24.3 per cent at A* and A, against a national average of 13.1 per cent.
“Seeing students collect their results is the best day of the year at any college, and today has been a fantastic experience,” he said. “I’m glad to say the majority of our students got the results they were hoping for, thanks to a combination of their perseverance and resilience, and the commitment of our exceptional teachers and support staff.”
