With manager Ron Ramos back at the helm, Lanreath recorded their second win on the bounce at Rally Park. Jim Vine returned from first team duty to be thrusted into the attack and Max Facey took up his usual defensive role.
In the opening period, Lanreath created many chances but only converted three of them, Shane Vine taking two and Jimmy Vine netting the other. Biscovey kept in touch with the home side by scoring two break-away goals.
In the second half, manager Ramos made a couple of early changes, bringing on Shepley and Collins for the injured Williams and Raggit this cemented the defence and added to the attack. Within minutes Paul Doe had scored his second of the season and Vine had completed a well-deserved hatrick. Yet again Lewis got on the score sheet with a brace of goals, the second a quite spectacular dribble from the halfway line which he duly converted.
Ramos was pleased with his hard-working team, the pick of them being J and S Vine, Peel, Lewis and young Knapman who impressed.
