Tonight Friday 7th April the Trebles Competition when complete trebles entrants should be present at 8-15p.m. when the draw for order of play in the first round.
Any complete trebles entrants not present at A.F.C.Dobsons at this time will be excluded from the first round draw and disqualified from the competition. Teams are reminded that they may use reserves for unavailable players or as replacements in subsequent rounds but once a player has played in one treble they may not play in another.
Last Friday pairings from British Legion 'B', Cheesewring 'A'and 'Band Sports Club qualified for the semi finals of the Doubles Competition. Also in those pairings are the defending champions and two of the County Cobblers from Trago Mills The defending champions are Cohn & Mark Sibley of Cheesewring "A", one of the County Cobblers is Steve Windmill who is partnered by Terry Jennings and representing Cheesewring 'B', the other County Cobbler is Mike Cook who with partner Francis Julian represent British Legion 'B'. The final pairing representing the Sports Club are Simon White and Steve Hogan who had a 100 finish in the third leg of their quarter final which secured their finals night spot. 180's were scored during the evening by Sylvia Griffin(Highwayman) and Simon White(Sports Club).
