PAR Bay Men's Cornish Pilot Gig rowers are World Champions – after winning the 21st annual World Pilot Gig Championships.
Once again the title races were held in the waters of the Isles of Scilly over May Bank Holiday and attracted almost 130 crews from all over the world for four days of competition.
The Par Bay men took top place in the gig, Warrior, finishing first in a race more than one-and-a-half miles from Nut Rock to St Mary's Quay.
