Cornwall's A team won through to the semi finals of the Inter County Consolation knockout competition with a well earned win away to Dorset.
After narrowly losing in Dorset earlier in the season the County started the match well taking a lead in the first session. In the second session both sides took four points and 44 shots to leave Cornwall 97 shots and 9 points to 74 shots and 7 points lead. In the third session Cornwall took a further 4 points lead and with honours even in the final session Cornwall won the match by 194 shots and 23 points to Dorset's 159 shots and 13 points.
