A community radio station is back on air and broadcasting direct from presenters’ living rooms and breakfast tables.

For the past eight years, Liskeard Radio has been on air in the 28 days up to Christmas.

But those involved with the station were keen to bring the fun of the station back onto the airwaves – as well as getting important info across during the lockdown.

’The station can be found online at from 8am through to 10pm every day, keeping listeners up to speed with everything local during this difficult, some would say unprecedented time,’ said Bryan.

’We want to do our bit, we want to entertain the public and we want to make sure that we help get people through this difficult situation. So with that in mind, we’ve put the band back together and that means that Liskeard Radio is back on air.’
