Clean-up was a flash in the pan

In my Last letter I said I hope the "clean up" of Lake Lane Estate wasn't just a flash in the pan, but that's what it seems to have been. Its a shame really because people had begun to think Caradon cared.

Now as well as the litter, dog mess being back, we now have the small walls between the pavements and the gardens are being slowly demolished. Even the old people bungalow's have been vandalised. At the top of the lane from Passmore Close and the park on the small green, some thoughtless person has dumped pieces of a broken mirror. If a child falls on it they will be cut to pieces.
