MANAGING director of Marco Pierre White Restaurants Brandie Deignan has been announced as one of the finalist in the 2020 Black British Business Awards.

Brandie, who lives in Bere Alston, is the only Black female managing director in the branded restaurants industry within the UK. 

As well as having responsibliity for all the restaurant concepts across the Marco Pierre White brand with Black and White Hospitality, she leads strategic direction for the business including making acquisitions, developing investor relations and spearheading growth.

Brandie has held senior positions in hospitality, retail and aviation at global brands including British Airways, Tesco, Whitbread, Travelodge and Hilton Hotels. 

The Black British Business Awards (BBBAwards) finalists have been selected for their outstanding personal and professional achievements. They’ll appear in a campaign of digital events throughout September alongside industry experts and showcasing those companies who have committed to challenging racial injustice in the workplace.
