An advice session on what money is available to support rural businesses will be held early in the new year.

The event at the Tamar Valley Centre will highlight how to access the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) grant scheme, as well as funding available for small businesses from the Cornwall Development Company.

Grant intervention rates of up to 100 per cent are available for certain types of activity, said Paul Dean from the Rural Payments Agency.

The event will be held at the Tamar Valley Centre, Drakewalls, on Wednesday January 8 between 10am and 12.30.

Booking is essential for this free event as places are limited – contact the Tamar Valley AONB team early to avoid disappointment - 01822 835030, [email protected].
