Andrew Wakem opened the scoring on 15 minutes when he converted a Neil Kinger centre. The visitors doubled their lead on the half hour. Kinger took a short corner which Mark Southcott sent in to the near post where Simon Wakeham was on hand to finish impressively.
With James Ord in dominant form at the heart of the Gunnislake defender Andy Woodward in the visitors goal was only called upon to make a save on one occasion and as such no further goals were scored.
