IT was so nice to meet the actor, Bill Pertwee, on Monday, November 30, for his book signing at the Jubilee Inn, Pelynt. He was a real gentleman and took the time and trouble to speak to everyone who attended. I would also like to mention the children from the local school who came dressed in Forties attire to 'interview' everyone there. They behaved so well and politely that they did not intrude at all. Their teacher was on hand but was not needed. Well done.
