THIS week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week sees TV celebrity chef James Martin returning with a menu of Individual Beef Pies with Oysters from North Cornwall.
He prepared the dish during a visit to Cornwall for his new book, James Martin’s Great British Adventure, and says: ‘If you’ve never eaten the classic combination of beef and oysters, you should try it.’
