A WOMAN from St Austell has appeared in court this week after breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Natalie Haynes appeared at Cornwall Magistrates Court on Wednesday, August 12, charged with breaching a CBO that was issued in 2017 to prevent and deter offending.
The CBO imposed strict conditions including restricting her from entering the boundary of any residence without the consent of the owner or asking for money or goods from any person unless for legitimate reasons.

A St Austell Police spokesperson said: “Throughout late July to early August we received several reports from residents living in the town centre of a women matching her description engaging in such behaviour.
“Haynes was subsequently identified and arrested by the Neighbourhood Team on August 11. Haynes remanded to court for the breaches of CBO where she appeared on August 12. The court have bailed her until September 17 for sentencing. We will update you with the result once we receive it.”
