Have you seen Paul Mincher?

Paul, 38, was last seen in Friar Lane, Nottingham, at about 1.15pm yesterday on September 6, and it is thought he may now be in Cornwall.

He is white, about 6ft 4ins tall and of a slim build. He has short, green hair and is wearing a purple waistcoat with black skinny jeans with the words ‘ha ha ha’ written in yellow on the legs.
