Devon and Cornwall Police are urgently trying to locate a vehicle that is thought to be in the area of East Cornwall or Devon in order to establish a welfare check on its occupants.

The vehicle is a very distinctive white Fiat Ducato, similar to the one pictured, with the registration number E390CTV.
