Plans for 75 new homes on the site of the former St Lawrence Hospital in Bodmin have been given the go ahead. The homes will be some of the first to be built as part of the Cornwall Council’s ’Contemporary Cornish Living’ scheme, which aims to provide attractive, high quality homes that people can afford in areas of high demand.
