A bug-infested pitch has left some of a rugby club's players unable to play and one needing hospital treatment.

St Columba and Torpoint Rugby Club's home pitch is infested with 'mosquito-like creatures', and the club is eager to get rid of the unwelcome visitors before more players leave.
