A LOCAL government director currently working in the London Borough of Barnet is to be the new chief executive of Cornwall Council.
Kate Kennally, Barnet’s strategic director for commissioning and deputy chief executive, will take up her new role in January.
At present the council has interim arrangements in place following the departure of the previous chief executive Andrew Kerr.
