The Royal Navy and Ministry of Defence have teamed up to advise people having fun on the water in Plymouth this summer to follow safety advice.

The Queen’s Harbour Master and MOD Police, which patrol the area to ensure the safety of military, commercial and recreational craft, are urging those leisure users afloatto heed advice.

Paddle boarders, windsurfers, kayakers, yachtsmen, powerboat and dinghy sailors are asked to ensure they are properly equipped and informed before going afloat.
