Second placed SWMC B had fourth place Callington CC as their visitors and a fine match resulting in honours being shared. Cricket Club took the team games 2-1 and then three singles through Mark Pluckrose, Robbie Liddicott and Ian Webber. WMC took four through Dave Fairall, Alan Arthur and Eddy and Ted Maton, highlight of evening with three over ton finish was a 145 from WMC's Albert Harris.

League leaders Rodney A kept up their good form. Visiting Union Inn they took the team games 2-1 and then seven singles through John Cook, Norman Yarde, Paul Ferris, John Callaghan, Dave Callaghan and Mike Fluhrer. Union took one consolation single through Kevin Cook but went down 8-2.

Coryton Arms played host to P Boy they led 2-1 after the team games and then took six singles through Bill Bock, Trevor Hewison, Paul Jones, Andy Lord and Phil and Jane Kinsman. P Boy took just one to go down 8-2, Chris Wright being their winner.

SWMC A caused a surprise, winning 6-4 at the Brunel.
