THE Saltash youngster called into the Artemis Offshore Academy has described how he heard about the key which could open the door on a profitable sailing career, including a tilt at the Vendée Globe around the world race.
Oliver Young says he was at home when the phone call came in from Artemis.
'I was absolutely delighted,' said the 22-year-old, who is better known as Oli.
'I ran downstairs and told my folks and my brothers – they were as pleased as me, to be honest! I am really happy.'
