The Tamar Valley Centre at Drakewalls is now fully geared up for summer, with the reception fully staffed every week day throughout the holidays.

The Centre stocks maps, guide books, local interest information, souvenirs, details of local walks – guided or self-guided – as well as information on the best places to enjoy a cream tea or pub lunch.

Charlotte Dancer, from the Tamar Valley AONB team said: ’Not only is the Tamar Valley Centre a gateway for visitors to the Tamar Valley, it is also a resource for the community, with space for exhibitions, public events and meetings.’

The Tamar Valley Centre reception is fully staffed Mondays to Fridays, between 11am and 4pm.
